Welcome to Chronic Narration – A Hub for Indie Storytellers

We are Chronic Narration, a platform that aims to create a space that supports and recognizes small storytellers across all mediums.

The goal is to build a creative loop where ideas are shared to inspire new projects, those projects are created by the community, and those experiences are shared on the platform to inspire others.

Who We Are

We’re a group of storytellers. Some of us are meticulous about each sentence, editing it over and over again, while others can shoot a documentary in a day. Either way, we all share the common goal of spreading the stories we find and create with the world.

We strive to find unique stories, whether those stories are from real-life experiences or intentionally crafted.

What To Expect

This is an ambitious project for a small team, but it’s driven by the need to tell stories. We use multiple platforms to share resources and narratives through different mediums.

The website will be our main hub, hosting editorial features on indie storytellers and their projects, informational articles so you can improve your storytelling, and reviews on our favorite hidden gems.

Our Featured Creators articles will shine the spotlight on different people in our storytelling community. We’ll highlight their unique industries, processes, and how they got into storytelling. The goal is to share their story so that other creators can draw inspiration and learn how to achieve their own dream.

Our Featured Projects articles will highlight specific pieces, whether it be a book, video game, art gallery, or documentary. We want to show the project lifecycle, demonstrate the realistic problems that happen with projects, and show how other creators can make something like it.

Our goal is for this content to spark inspiration or offer enough resources to get you started.

Sometimes a minute isn’t enough to tell a story the way you want. YouTube will host our longer videos, mostly consisting of educational content and featured creators/projects. This will help us give visual examples, focus on the pace of the narrative, and experiment visually without a time limit.

You can catch up with our latest updates through our social media channels on Instagram and TikTok. We’ll be posting highlights of our longer content and any new announcements for our platforms. Social media is the best way to stay up-to-date on what’s coming up.

How To Support Us
